We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened.

We operate a practice complaints procedure, as part of the NHS system, drawn up to respond to patients’ grievances. This allows us to look into and, if necessary, correct any problems that you have identified, or mistakes that we have made.

Your complaint should be addressed to the Practice Manager, who will ensure that it is investigated thoroughly and as speedily as possible.

This procedure does not deal with matters of legal liability or compensation.

Comments and Suggestions

Patient Participation and comments, good or bad, are welcomed on the service provided by the practice. Please let us know by speaking to the Practice Manager.
